Add additional information in overlay dialog

Below comment is displayed in two situation:

• if the project is missing Organism ID
• if the reference genome in MINERVA configuration GENOMES is missing

In the latter case, please change the below comment on: "No reference genome defined for this MINERVA instance, cannot display variant data."
