for some translocations the reactant and product are the same species in CellDesigner or SBML exports
When exporting PDmap's Nicotine submap (https://pdmap.uni.lu/minerva/index.html?id=pd_map_spring_24&perfectMatch=false&modelId=5167&backgroundId=15108&x=2249&y=1326.5&z=4) to CellDesigner or SBML, for some translocations the reactant species and the product species are the same, while they should be different since they do not belong to the same compartment (e.g., translocation of dopamine (id: nif3), translocation of Ca2+ (id: ni140)). I do not know if this is due to the map itself or to Minerva, or whether this happens for other maps or not.
