hopefully the last time I fix Safari jQuery icons

@piotr.gawron I genuinely believe that the Safari engine has a bug here. I spend a good part of yesterday to validate this assumption, so it's not just a gut feeling. As hacky as this solution is, it seems to work.

Can you maybe deploy this on minerva-dev and have Ewa/Marek validate whether it works for them before you accept this MR? I don't ever want this issue to be open again
