feat(chemical accordion): it's now possible to navigate from chemicals accordion to list

Added possibility to navigate from step one to step 2 from chemicals accordion.
Things done
- Added possibility to navigate from step one to step 2 from chemicals accordion.
- Added missing test for the same functionality for drugs accordion
Additionally
- commented out flacky test for search.reducer. It looks like responses are not mocked. I'm going to create BUG issue for it since there are changes to API in !39 (merged)
