Note: The order of the exported channels will result in an error. The following configuration works:
channels: - conda-forge - bioconda - r - etetoolkit - au-eoed - compbiocore - defaults

I thought I installed r-base from the
anaconda or r

You most likely did. The problem is that the order of the channels in the
YAML
matters, soconda
looked somewhere else first and that caused some problems. - Author Maintainer
